District Foundation
Founded in 1988, the Crook County Parks and Recreation District Foundation aims to provide avenues for individual and business members of the community to support parks, recreation services, and facilities through donations and volunteer support.
The MISSION of CCPRF is raise, accept, and distribute funds, gifts, legacies, devices, and conveyances of real and personal property to enhance the use, acquisition, and development of parks and recreational facilities and services within the Crook County Parks and Recreation District.
Donations may be made to support youth participation, for a specific program such as basketball or Santa’s Workshop, a specific facility (such as the Juniper Art Guild or Library Park) or for general purpose use. All funds will be used according to the donors wishes and all donations are tax deductible under the IRS 501 (c)(3) determination. The Crook County Parks and Recreation District Foundation is proud to offer program scholarships to youth in the community. Eligibility criteria include proof of School District lunch assistance program enrollment and/or proof of financial hardship. Give the District office a call at 447.1209 for more information.
