General Information


This five-acre, 81 space RV Park is located just one and a half miles south of Prineville on Highway 27, at 1040 S Main Street. Just across the road from the Crooked River and Rimrock Park, the RV Park is adjacent to Crook County Fairgrounds.


The park features full service hook-ups, ADA accessible restrooms and showers, a barbecue area, nine tenting sites, and two log cabins for overnight rental. Spaces have 50 or 30 amp receptacles and pull-throughs for RVs up to 70 feet long. Pets are always welcome and there is a designated pet area.

The RV Park is open year round, and an RV space may be rented by the day, week or month. Check out time is 1:00 p.m. and check in time is 2:00 p.m. daily. For non-registered guests, there is a separate RV dump that may be used for $5. RVers are always welcome to potable water from the RV Park and is available throughout the year. Potable water is free with an RV dump, or is $4 if needed separately.

CPR/AED/First Aid

 

 

Participants will gain the confidence to preform CPR on any individual big or small. The class is approximately 4 hours long. Students will receive an American Heart Association certification that is valid for two years. Class will be held at the Juniper Art Guild on Saturday, June 11 from 8am to 12pm and the cost is $60 for ages 8 and up. Register at Crook County Parks and Recreation 296 S Main St, or online

Work Zone: Traffic Control

 

 

ODOT has authorized the Chemeketa Center for Business & Industry as the Administrator of Flagger curriculum, materials and Flagger Certification Cards. Frank Martinez Sr. is the certified trainer for Prineville. In this class, Frank will teach students about flagging in work zones. The class is approximately 4 hours long. Students will receive training manuals...yours to keep. Students passing the training will receive their ODOT Flaggers Certification Card.  Class will be held at the Juniper Art Guild on Saturday, June 11 from 1-5 pm and the cost is $105 for ages 18 and up. ABC Tennis 3 to 6 yr

 

 

This class is for the youngster, this tennis program focuses on hand-eye-ball coordination. The drills are fun and include lots of hoops and cones, crazy balls, spider balls and beach balls for skill development and coordination.  Class will be held at the High School Tennis Courts on Mondays and Wednesdays, June 13- July 4 from 8:30 to 9:15am and the cost is $20. Tennis: USA Junior Tournament Training

 

 

 This program is designed for intermediate to advanced players to prepare them for competition. The focus is development of skills, strategies, footwork and tournament play and there is an extra practice day per.  USTA Junior Team information is available. Classes will meet at the High School Tennis Courts, Mondays thru Thursdays, June 13- July 4 from 10:30 to noon and the cost is $38 for ages 10-14; 14-18.  For beginner to advanced beginner.  Students will work on basic skill development by playing fun drills that enhance those skills, individual instruction, & match play. Classes will meet at the High School Tennis Courts, Mondays & Wednesdays June 13- July 4 from 9:15 to 10:30am and the cost is $32 for ages: 7-10; 10-14. Water Aerobics (Aquacise)

 

 

Aquacise is a low impact, water-supported exercise for developing cardiovascular fitness. Upbeat, simple, & energetic routines keep you moving. The class includes a warm-up, strengthening, toning, and stretching. Exercises can be done at individuals pace. Classes are at the CCPRD Pool Monday-Thursday, June 13-June 30 from 12:05-12:55pm or 5:30-6:20pm and the cost is $36 for ages 14 and up. Pool's Ice Cream Social & Open Swim

Friday, June 10th

 

Join us for our annual ice cream social and swim to kick off the summer pool season.  The fee gets you a wrist band allowing entry to the pool and one ice cream. Wristbands are limited and are first come, first serve. $3 Wristbands on Sale June 10 at 12:30pm in front of pool!  1 to 4:00pm (Open Swim), 2 to 4:00pm (Ice Cream Time!)
