Come refresh and recharge for 2023 with a 5-week yoga series designed to incorporate yoga into your overall wellness routine. This program is perfect for Beginners who are looking to start a yoga program, or non-beginners who may need a little refresher course and looking to get back into it. The focus is on building strength through a solid yoga practice with a foundation in proper form and alignment with impactful poses and flows. We will incorporate a variety of styles with each week progressing to slightly tougher flows. Yoga classes will include a combination of Hatha (traditional), Vinyasa (power), and Yin (restorative) poses. We will set our classes to fun music and enjoy lots hands-on instruction so you get the most out of each class!
Please bring a mat, water bottle, and comfortable clothes (socks & shoes are not recommended except for getting from your car to class).
Our instructor Leah is RYT-200 certified with Yoga Alliance. She has certifications in Hatha and Vinyasa(Power), Yin, and Restorative in Hot Yoga and non-heated formats. And also used to own her own hot yoga studio.
