Aqua Exercise & Lap Swim

Aquatic exercise is a low-impact activity that takes the pressure off your bones, joints and muscles. Water also offers natural resistance, which can help strengthen your muscles.

Passes are available for purchase at our main office starting May 15th!

Our classes are designed to offer low and high-intensity levels to accommodate all fitness levels.

Drop ins welcome. Cost is $4 in district – $6 out of district

12:00pm – 12:50pm | Water Aerobics/Lap Swim

6:00pm – 6:50pm | Water Aerobics/Lap Swim

Saturday 

11:00am – 12:50 | Lap Swim

12:00pm  – 12:50pm | Water Aerobics

Sunday

11:00am – 12:50pm | Lap Swim
