Fishing Derby

May 18th at Ochoco Lake!

Join the Crook County Parks & Recreation Foundation for the 26th Annual Trout Fishing Derby!

Fishing is open to anglers of all ages, with fishing from either the shoreline or from a boat. Any & all angling must comply with current ODFW regulations for Ochoco Lake - NO EXCEPTIONS - Changes may occur and it is the responsibility of the contestant to make themselves aware of any changes.

Kiwanis will be providing a free pancake breakfast with all the fixins to the Derby participants!

Cost $10 per person

Event Day Schedule:

7:00am - Check in/same day registration & Breakfast served by Kiwanis

8:00am - Fishing Starts

12:00pm - Weigh In Starts

12:45pm - Weigh In Ends, (must be in line by 12:45pm no exceptions!)

Prizes for ages groups handed out & raffle starts

Prizes will be given out for the following categories:

Largest Fish, Smallest Fish, Most Fish, per age division along with Youngest Angler, Oldest Angler, Lucky Bobber Drawing and Raffles!
Grand Prize overall for Largest Fish, person will not be eligible to win Grand Prize and Division for Largest Fish
