Pilates In the Park 

Join us for Pilates in the Park! Enjoy fresh air, movement, and a fun workout for all fitness levels 

Pilates is a full body exercise system created in the early 20th century by Joseph Pilates to strengthen muscles, increase flexibility, and improve overall health. The Pilates system includes exercises with attention to breath, proper form, and efficient movement patterns, Pilates strengthens the core, improves balance, increases coordination, and decreases stress. Low impact, Pilates is a great choice for anyone 10-100 at any level of physical fitness. Join us in the park this summer and experience  the Pilates system! 

Session 1: June 9th-June 30th 2026 Tuesdays  6:30 PM- 7:30 PM

Session 2: July 7th- July 29th 2026 Tuesdays  6:30 PM- 7:30 PM

Session Price: $60 for all 4 classes ( every Tuesday).

Drop- ins: $20 each (cash only)

Sessions will be held behind Prineville Community Church in grass area in Ochoco Creek Park
